An International Business Student, who’s ran two marathons, a half marathon, and numerous fun run’s for Cancer Research; working part time in a vegan cafe, trying to find clarity through mindful eating.

Having struggled with mental illness and wellbeing, I’ve overcome a lot in the last 6 months, but I’m hoping to explore how eating more mindfully and actively trying to become more connected with my body helps to aid my recovery; if I can help others whilst also helping myself how could I possibly complain?
